You made a very astute point on Torrance's Burris post, I thought.
His policies once enacted: $350 billion tax cut for the rich, no stimulus package, paying for tax cuts to rich by cutting the Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid benefit, plus fighting two wars with US troop and contractors and doubling aid to Israel to fight in Gaza and now in Southern Lebanon.
I believe Americans will have a very interesting choice to make come 2012. Robert Wexler has not declared for the vacant Senate seat in Florida, which he'd win easily. He's going after Obama from the left in 2012 primary, I believe and only money can save Obama because Wexler's record on every issue important to PEOPLE not the handful of super-wealthy blows Obama apart.
Question is can Americans in need of all indentities accept that the White guy is has their backs more than the Black guy and how nasty could that get? Obama will have Kaine PARTIAL to him as financier and Wexler would have Dean's DFA raising from outside.
